So the latest update we have for you is that National Chairman, Social Exchange Markets Certified Chairmen Association (SEMCCA), Dr. Enebechi Chukwuemeka, disclosed this at the SEM Annual General Meeting, AGM, of SEMCCA Charity Empowerment Initiative, the umbrella association of Outlet Chairmen Nation-wide, held in Enugu between Saturday and Monday.
However this fund is real because Enebechi, had while addressing the national executives of the 36 states and FCT delegates, said SEM, through the national patron, Rev. Collins Jumbo has affirmed her readiness to disburse the grant.
