Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the organization.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues as they arise.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related field
• A minimum of 4 – 6 years in a Human Resource supervisory role
• Professional membership ( CIMP or any relevant body)
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour law
