GreyStone Consulting Limited was established and registered in Nigeria with CAC as a Consulting Service provider based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are a team of IT Solutions Consultants, HR Managers, Business Development Consultants and Software solutions specialists.

Description of Responsibilities / Functions

  • Prepare the bank reconciliation monthly and submit reconciliation for final review to management.
  • Verifying all inputs into the ERP, checking all journal for correctness before seeking approvals, and ensuring free flow of bookkeeping activities.
  • Update all account payables schedule
  • Align with the NSM in respect of weekly debtor’s list and cumulative turnover

Specific Targets / KPIs:

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, bi-annual financial accounts for the Accounts Manager’s review and concurrence.
  • Preparation of cost benefit analysis for business decisions.
  • Rendering of periodic statutory returns (PAYE, VAT, Pension, etc.).
  • Maintain the established Quality Management Standards of the company

  • Regulatory bodies

Competence Requirement for The Job

  • B.Sc / HND Finance, Accountancy
  • Minimum of 3 years cognate experience, ICAN in progress

Compensation and Benefits

  • Net monthly salary: N100,000.
  • Annual leave allowance.
