US Visa Interview Updates
We should note that Trump imposes immigration ban stopping interviews and visas issuance for most family and employment based petitions. The state department issues notices that even though the ban was over, embassies were not yet ready to fully reopen as staffing and resources would allow.
And also they could not provide the specific date or time when interview or Visa issuance will begin going full speed ahead.
However we have some great news and development in that the embassies are now not only processing immidiate relative cases but other family cases.
So right now we saw some immigration movement.

Another document is Marriage Documentation which will be like an updated certification of no marriage. Since the benefitiary is being petition as single the embassy wants that they did not get married within the past year, otherwise the Visa would be void.
Next is New Police Clearance

Final one is New Medical Report which seems to us that this may be the type of document that will be typically requested if a person is already been interviews.
